TCA Capital Appoints Jack Smith as Investment Director

‍St Helier, Jersey – TCA Capital (“TCA”), a leading independent advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Smith as Investment Director. 

Jack joins TCA with substantial M&A experience, specialising in both the technology and financial services sectors. Jack was most recently part of the M&A team at Legend, an international media and technology company that owns and operates a portfolio of over 150 digital assets. Prior to that, Jack worked in a corporate development role at JTC PLC, a publicly listed global professional services firm.

In his new role, Jack will help lead TCA’s strategic partnership with Paddock Capital Markets (“Paddock”), focusing on leveraging the combined strengths of both firms to enhance their service offerings and expand their global reach across the UK, Europe and North America.
